A big part of the missional nature of PVCC is the work we do with men who are incarcerated by the Department of Corrections. Many people at PVCC carry on correspondence with prisoners and a few even regularly visit prisoners. We also offer a faith community and some transitional help for the newly released. Finally, we are involved in helping some of the families of prisoners.
But it is not just about PVCC serving others in this arena. We are also served by some of those with whom we are in relationship. Two of these men are Charlie Robson and Joe Camara. We began our relationship with these men and their families more than three years ago, and they have blessed us with their incredible giftedness and talent. The pictures posted on these pages are some of the painting, drawing, and stenciling work they have done for the PVCC community.
Most of the original works can be viewed on the walls of the PVCC worship center.
